Ethan ‘ModBoy’ Bramble, an Australian body modification enthusiast covered in over 200 tattoos, has expressed regret over his extreme choices. Starting at just 11 years old, Ethan began his body modifications, including ear stretching, tongue splitting, and belly button removal, spending around $60,000 AUD ($39,000 USD) on tattoos alone.

While tattoos are a common form of self-expression today, Ethan admits he now wishes he hadn’t gone so far, especially with the tattoos on his face. He has started undergoing laser surgery to remove some of them, particularly concerned about the judgment he faces in daily activities like taking his daughter to school, and the potential impact it could have on her as she grows older.
