Urination is the body’s natural way of removing toxins and maintaining a healthy fluid balance. However, if you find yourself heading to the bathroom more often than usual, it might signal an underlying issue.

Medically referred to as polyuria, excessive urination is defined as producing more than 2.5 liters of urine per day. While sometimes this can be caused by harmless factors like increased fluid intake or consuming beverages with diuretic effects—such as tea, coffee, or alcohol—it may also point to more serious health conditions that need attention.
